WORKSHOPS & PRESENTERS
Hear experts from the local, state, and federal levels address commercially exploited children. Workshops will be a vital resource for improving the practices of child advocacy centers and multidisciplinary teams working to investigate, prosecute, treat and prevent commercial sexual exploitation of children and youth throughout New Jersey and across the nation.

Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits for general pediatricians, pediatric sub-specialists and other interested physicians. All other members of the health care team are also welcomed. The Newark Beth Israel Medical Center designates this live activity for a maximum of 3 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM – a total of 3 workshops have been approved; however, attendees may only participate in one per session. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Accredited by the Medical Society of New Jersey to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credits for attorneys, judges, in-house corporate counsel, attorneys who work for government entities, and those not otherwise exempt. All other licensees of the New Jersey bar, whether or not practicing in NJ, are also welcomed. This activity has been designated for a maximum of 5 CLE Credits - a total of 3 workshops will be approved; however, attendees may only participate in one per session. Attorneys should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Accredited by the Supreme Court of New Jersey Board on Continuing Legal Education.
Continuing Education Units (CEU) This activity has been designated for a maximum of 6 Non-Clinical Continuing Education Units; 5 workshops will be individually approved for 1.25 CEUs. Social Workers should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The program is approved for social work continuing education hours by the Association of Social Work Boards - ASWB NJ CE Course Approval Program (Provider #57 Course).
