Nancy Erika Smith, Esq.

Nancy Erika Smith is an award winning lawyer and partner at Smith Mullin in Montclair, NJ, a nationally recognized firm specializing in employment law, where she has litigated several landmark cases. A founder of Wynona’s House Child Advocacy Center, she is a fierce advocate for children who have been abused or neglected; she is one our heroes. 

 

Kimberly Ricketts 

Kimberly Ricketts is the Managing Director, Strategic Consulting at Casey Family Programs, where she leads a national team with a budget of approximately $5M. Ms. Ricketts has a deep commitment to advocating for children and families, including service as the Commissioner, Department of Families and Children, New Jersey from 2008-2010, and has more than 11 years of other leadership experience.
