CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration cancellations must be made in writing. 

Cancellation requests postmarked on or before March 31, 2015 will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative fee. 

Cancellation requests postmarked between April 1 and 17, 2015 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. 

Refunds will NOT BE MADE for cancellations postmarked on or after April 18, 2015, or for participants who register but do not attend. No exceptions will be made.
